  Regarding progress and feedback delivery,  

Rough - Sketch and Colour - Before Completion

The number of modifications for each step is limited to one.

Objects that do not affect the detailed image or overall configuration can be added in the middle after consultation.

+ This modification restriction is the minimum standard

for preventing excessive modifications and requests that cannot be made at that stage.

▶ Cost guidance

The basic amount will change depending on the number of people and the composition, so please let me know the number of people/genre/background/chest or half-body or full-body in advance when you send me an inquiry email.

 There may be additional charges if there are many things to draw and complicated, and the exact final amount is calculated after checking the guide.

In addition, for personal work without a company’s contract, there is a deposit of 10% of the base amount for slot reservation. And the work starts as soon as half of the final amount is deposited in the promised month. And after all the work is done, you can check the finished version of the low quality first. The final high-definition file will be delivered as soon as the remaining payment is confirmed.

+The deposit will be refunded if it is canceled due to the illustrator's fault.

If it is canceled due to the fault of the person who requested it, there will be no refund.

▶ Guide file specification

Guides should be delivered at least 8 weeks prior to the deadline and The feedback requesting correction of the file sent should be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours.

If the guide or feedback confirmation is delayed,

it will be difficult to meet the deadline, so I ask for your understanding.

If feedback is not delivered within 48 hours for no specific reason, it will be confirmed as no feedback.

  In the guide  

A brief description of the character's personality, appearance, and situation, and reference image files and a simple sketch should be included. Regarding the simple sketch, you can express the scene you want by placing simple lines or figures. So don't worry too much.

  For images,  

Photos according to the desired object and appearance atmosphere are the best reference.

Please avoid certain illustrators or AI images.

If you send me illustration of the atmosphere you want as a reference, please attach several works of similar atmosphere and composition, not one particular illustration.

+ You cannot request to copy a particular style or imitation.

▶ Regarding the last forwarding file

The completed file is delivered in two types: psd and jpg(rgb/cmyk) files.

+ When printing, the color and brightness of the workpiece may be slightly murky compared to the monitor.

Only fatal errors (existence of dots different from the guide, different characteristic colors, missing pre-described accessories) can be further corrected after the deadline.
